Since 1952 - A St Charles Tradition
Saullo's first opened their doors in the 1952 by the Saullo's family. In 1987 Billie Davis bought the restaurant from the Saullo's family, with the agreement that the recipes would not change.
We have kept the our promise to the Saullo's family and continue to carry on the the family recipes.
Did you know we make our own marinara sauce? Taking over 6 hours to simmer. Our salad dressings, meatballs, white sauce, sausage, ravioli, and pizza dough, (which is hand rolled) are all made fresh.
We are open for Lunch and Dinner.
Lunch - Monday - Friday 11am till 2pm
Dinner - Sunday - Thursday 4pm till 10pm
Friday and Saturday 11am till 11pm
